Digestive Problems

If your lizard has problems digesting its food there is likely another disease affecting the lizard. When this happens the lizard is likely to stop eating as it will cause a great deal of stress to the lizard. This lack of appetite can obviously further medical complications. For this reason it is highly recommended that you visit a veternarian as soon as you suspect that your lizard may be having digestive problems.

Various problems with the intestines are possible causes such as intestinal prolapse and intestinal tract inflamation.
